YOU'VE GOT NEIGHBORS New Neighbors - Wendi and Bill W. Bill and Wendi, a “30 something” couple from southern New Jersey are in the process of building their dream at “The Legends.” Bill, a Marketing Director and Wendi, a Global Business Manager will be spending much of their leisure time at the lake with Buddy and Ginger, two cool doggies! They expect to be enjoying their year-round second home, a Beaver Mountain “Classic Lodge” this coming spring. We asked them how they came to choose “The Legends.” Bill told us when deciding where to build their second home they had certain requirements; it had to be situated in a development with a recreational size lake and have plenty of property. They wanted privacy, but at the same time be part of a small gated community. A large lot in a small lakefront development - a fairly tall order! Bill said they saw an ad in the NYTimes that piqued their interest. They called, set up an appointment, took a ride up and fell in love all over again. They visited other lakefront developments but none seemed to fit both of them so well. Welcome Bill and Wendy to the neighborhood!
